Associate Professor Low Lian Leng is currently Chairman and Senior Consultant, Population Health and Integrated Care in Singapore General Hospital, and Director, SingHealth Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation. He co-founded and co-leads a global alliance of population health research centres. He is also faculty at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore University of Technology and Design, and Singapore University of Social Sciences.

To date, A/P. Low had secured close to $16M SGD in competitive research funding as PI or Co-PI from grant agencies such as the National Medical Research Council Singapore, Artificial Intelligence Singapore, Novartis Foundation, Temasek Foundation, National Health Innovation Centre Singapore, and the Ministry of Health Singapore. He had published more than 100 original articles, 35 review articles, and 10 letters to the editor/editorials, with an h-index of 40 as of May 2026.
