Registration is available only through the Online Registration Portal. Registrants are advised to read the registration information carefully before submission.

- The payment of the registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar. US Dollar is for reference only.
- Copy of a valid Student ID is required to qualify for the student registration rate.
- The LLMICs rate is determined by the participant’s country of residence. Please refer to the guidelines of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development for the classification. Participants from countries other than low- and lower-middle-income countries will be charged the regular rate.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to charge the difference in registration fee if an incorrect category is selected.
- Scholarships/financial assistance is not available.
Method of Payment
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Alipay
- Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)
Registration confirmation will be emailed to the registered delegates after receipt of the full payment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be made in writing to enquiry@aprughc2026.hk. If the written notification is received on or before 1 October 2026, 50% of the fees collected will be refunded and the refund will be made after the Conference. No refund will be made thereafter.
Letter of Invitation and Certificate of Participation
A letter of invitation for visa purposes and a certificate of participation will be provided to all registered conference attendees.
Rules and Regulations
- Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
- Each registrant should complete a separate ONLINE Registration Form.
- Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
- Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat at enquiry@aprughc2026.hk.
- The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
- Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person being replaced on or before 15 September 2026.
- The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
- The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizers of the APRU Global Health Conference 2026 collect, process and store personal data solely for processing registration and preparing for the Conference. You have the right to access and correct your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
- All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
